Day Six of the Spy Update

Today we are graced with another iteration of the Spy update and a super powered replacement for the already hand-cannon like revolver. With the round count of the revolver and accuracy of the sniper rifle, the only limiting factor is the mandatory cool down between rounds. Will this new piece of goodness take hold?
