I had never bought this either, lol. I own Half Life 2. Obviously, 5 games for $10.00, great value per game, haha. With Steam, I can re-download the game if I reformat and such, right?

Yes sir! Once the key is attached to your Steam account your can always download it, even if you bought the hard copy of the game.

DITTO! Already started playing Episode 1 tonight. I first went on Wikipedia to find out the story of Half-Life 1...yes, I never knew the story, but had a gist of what it might be lol. I then had to refresh myself on Half-Life 2's story and how it ended. Careful on how far you read on Wiki b/c for the 'plot' for Half-Life, they combine the entire series' plot together.

I was enjoying the gameage and that tech is still quite good considering when it first came out. Some textures are meh, but the faces, especially the eyes and facial animations are still impressive.

I'll probably be playing through Ep 1 and 2 this summer. I played through Portal tonight and beat it in about 2 hours hah. Short but quite entertaining. Perhaps I'll give TF2 a try finally! :shock:
