This is the first in a series of videos following the EA SPORTS Active 30 Day Challenge. Alison Sweeney, mother of two and host of a popular reality TV show, Lauren Bernat, aka the "Wii Fit Girl"; Monica Brady, stay-at-home mom to twin three-year-old girls; and blogging father of seven, Donny Claxton, are just four of twelve Challenge participants who will tackle their fitness goals at home, with the fun and motivating fitness program designed exclusively for the Wii.™
In this video, our twelve lucky challengers spend the weekend with our fitness guru Bob Greene at a resort and spa in Santa Barbara as they prepare to start the 30 Day Challenge on April 18th. They learned all about fitness and nutrition from the Best Life master himself, before returning home to start their individual challenges and report back to you about their experience through blogs, Twitter updates and video diaries. What better way to get a taste of what EA SPORTS Active has to offer than to see it in action?
