Well atleast it is a new map, not that I really care. Only play mods..
Not an eyecatcher, from the looks I get the idea it's very restricted. We'll see what it will become.

I'll be stunned if they actually fix that sandbag "gold brick" glitch, haven't they always blamed it on Nvidia?

The mod Forgotten Hope 2 fixed that in their version :) So if they can do it, DICE can also do it.

This map looks pretty fun even though it is a small map...and the 64 and 32 maps don't really have a big difference between them except flag location and part of the map minimized. The construction site...looks like a pretty hard flag to get I guess since it's wide open and your surrounded by buildings so...it will be a challenge trying to cap that when people can be firing from any side. This map could possibly be a stalement on a 64 player map cuz...the only way for U.S. to get to the other side is to swim or use boats...but the chinese could just all camp around the island ends and hold people back. I'm curious to see what players will do on the U.S. to over power the chinese side....as with the fog...fog hasn't stopped me from sniping on those other maps....it gives me an advantage as a sniper cuz I like to ambush people lol.

The problem is that I can see the entire MEC army being a bunch of Anti-tank folks.

Either that or a 50/50 mix of sniper/AT

I agree with above. This is one map. 1 lousy map. The patch wont change anything, the game will still have all the same maps, people will still play I/O Kar, and life will go on.

a new map isn't a bad thing. my favorite map currently is highway tampa

A flat squared foggy map, a level design not very exciting.
I hope the water is going to bring something, like when playing on Songhua, an unique amphibious experience where APCs kick MBTs asses.

They shoold make the Boosterpacks free to download. Nobody is buying them anyway. In that way more people would play those maps, more server will run them. There are some pretty good maps in there and new for a lot of people.
Free to download isnt a bad word no more these days!

Think of the fun we all would have if lots of BF2 people played those maps :yay:

You guys have to remember that we are lucky to even get any new content or a patch based on how old the game is now. I think I saw mentioned in an earlier interview that they are only dedicating so much time and effort to this. It's not top priority.

But yeah, it doesn't look bad. I miss playing Stalemate. :)

At Last ! someone actually said something worth reading!! most of you are here pulling stuff apart i agree with unclean... its an old game be greatfull for what you are about to recieve.. if you dont like it go play something else... before you all start flaming me i cant hear you i got my fingers in my ears "lalalallallala" i cant hear you :p
