this game will most likely cost less than a meal out for 2

I for one cant wait to rehash some WW2 with alittle destruction and prop driven planes.. sounds good to this BF fan. I need something i know will be solid to hold me over until the snow falls.

I wouldnt for one second even think of buying ww2 for a full 60 bucks tho
I think this was a good move by dice.. Hopefully its less than 25 dollars.


The health regen im not a fan of tho.. but ill wait to see if its implemented with some fluff before freaking out!
This might be a large scale test to see if it makes its way into future BF games. overall lets hope not.. How about healing stations instead? or healing NPCs that spawn randomly? If keeping the point popes out of BF is the idea, theres better ways than Bungies SciFi suits.

If there is no auto heal, bf2 will gradually be out dated and people will complain that they cannot get enough health. You cannot predict it, because you dont know how easily you will die or how essential health will be.

Anyone who has played cod4 can clearly see it works, and if anything, bring a better balance in infantry fighting between the classes.


By the way, did the graphics get updated to become more realistic instead of cartoony?

Thats so true.. if the spawn times are low enough and the game doesnt keep stats, I dont care a thing about health. I like the idea of being unstoppable! as many lives as I need..

But I do know how easily I die :box:

I know!!! I know!!! its even better than health bars !! Ban health bars!

Ready!? Ready!? Hold on to your seat!

After you die .. you respawn right where you died!!! OMG I just changed gaming forever !!

My problem is games like cod4 don't appeal to me so much, stopped playing a while ago because spawn, be killed, or rampage within a few seconds (small maps) gets boring quicks (falling piano mod was last incentive). Sandbox with larger maps is what we're really waiting for, obviously the smaller maps thrown in to change the momentum.

In the short term, expecting 1943 & BC2 will tide us over and provide the fun.
