Earlier today we announced R.U.S.E. a new WWII real time strategy game from Ubisoft. Ubisoft has now released the announcement trailer for the game. Take a look:

I don't know whether to buy a strategy game, or cologne. That was a poorly directed trailer.

They are frenchmen (Ubisoft is french) so of course they look like they are out of a cologne ad.

But yea I wish the game was really played like that.

I didn't mind that ad, but would've liked to have seen more of the actual game interface. I did think it subtly got this point across from the other thread:

R.U.S.E. is a one-of-a-kind real-time strategy game that allows players to bluff their enemies to lead their nation to victory, controlling the action using views that range seamlessly from the heart of the battlefield to the full theatre of war. Players will be plunged into the action thanks to the exclusive IRISZOOMTM Engine which offers an intuitive interface that allows for smooth, rapid transitions from a birds-eye view of the entire conflict, down into the heat of the battle and vice versa.

The tanks are really big (out of scale) and the infantry is as tall as buildings.
