I admit, I have been quite hypocritical in writing articles during this past year. I have repeatedly shown disdain for World of Warcraft and what it has done to people. My reasoning for this is not to sound like a normal forum troll, instead it is because I have been personally affected by this terrible drug.
My addiction began last March. Blizzard has a genius idea in providing a complete version of WoW free of charge for ten days. I had a wonderful time leveling up my Tauren Warrior in these initial days so as soon as my trial expired I purchased the full game. I played very heavily for three months, having to cut back when exam time came around in early June. In these first months I enjoyed many a dungeon, and meeting hundreds of people from clan raids.
