Community member JD, aka Josh Olin, has sent in some news recently about the future of his ModernRcon program and how it will support World at War. Take a look:

So I'd like to introduce the future of ModernRcon, called AGrcon!. First of all, it is built off the awesome platform from which ModernRcon has evolved. The GUI and behavior will very much so be the same. What differs is most notably Call of Duty: World at War support, as well as all new features developed will function under both CoD4, and CoD:WaW mode!
This effectively means development on ModernRcon will cease, and will pick up with AGrcon. Some already planned new features for AGrcon are: Auto-kick language filters for Chat Monitoring, local ban list for un-banning players, and the ability to specify your name instead of "console" for communicating to players in-game.
The new home of my Rcon utility for CoD4 & CoD:WaW is no longer CoDHQ.com. It is now Aggregame.com. More specifically, the Aggregame forums. Or more specifically still, the AGrcon Forum. There you can suggest new ideas, report bugs when the program releases, get support, etc.
