SOCOM: Confrontation 1.30 Patch Released

Slant Six Games today has released the newest patch for SOCOM: Confrontation on the PS3. Check it out:

The release of the patch was proceeded by a couple-hour outage to update the servers with the new code. That's the good news. The bad news is that in order to "resolve incorrect player stats" and to correct the stats for the Trophy support, the developers cleared all player stats.

This patch is 526MB and includes trophy support among tons of bug fixes and new gameplay tweaks. You can read all the update information at the official Socom website.

yea will do. I only got it because so many people I know bought a ps3 for it. I don't really enjoy the game but we will see after 1.30

Oh right fair enough. I'm interested in this as I loved Socom 2, but I'm kind of hesitant as I've got wayyyy too many games as it is and I've heard mixed reviews.

if i was reviewing the game on an initial play through of pre 1.30 I would give it something in the 6 to 7 range but I would have to really think about it and play it as if i was reviewing it.
