    The Nielson Company has provided a list of the Top 10 PC games played in the US for 2008. Team Fortress 2, Counter Strike and Counter Strike Source occupy places 8, 9 and 10 respectively:

              Not every gamer in the world has XFire, so it's still not reliable. Unless they can track stats from people who dont have XFire.

                These numbers are wrong, wrong, WRONG. There is just no way more people are playing TF2 than either of the CS games. I have no idea how they calculated this but they sure ****ed it up

                Or are they somehow counting the console players too? Still, Halo 1 for Xbox doesn't have the same player numbers as CS, so they fail anyway
