This is from a dude on Yahoo Answers:
"You have to start a private match on Co - op and you go to the game Rules and click on Death Cards. Where it would say death cards in able and you click on it and change it to enabled and then you can pick which cards that you have in your Co-op Game.

    First Go to Co-op Campaign

    Second Click on Private Match

    Third Click on Game Rules

Fourth Click on Death Cards and enable them

Fifth Pick any cards that you have to play them

Sixth Start your match and enjoy
ps" Death Cards are only Available for use on Private Matches"

from the main menu i click on cooperative. next screen says cooperative campaign at the top. i can click on xbox live, split screen or system link. there is no option for private match. i click on split screen. next screen has start match and settings. click on settings. next creen has mission select, game mode, game rules. click on game rules. next screen has competitive scoring and difficulty. no option for death cards. really upsets me that they aren't available in solo mode and by the looks of it they aren't available on coop either. has to be on xbox live private match?

I don't have an xbox, I apologize. From I've heard, they can only be used in co-op, not solo mode. Probably b/c some cards deal with your teammates, like being able to shoot them and revive them.

There is a death card guide from a guy, it also says to start a co-op match. I believe on the pc, I tried to play in solo mode and couldn't figure out how to get them, then I played in co-op matches and people have them on there. You can determine which ones you want activated for the match.

Sorry, it seems they're a nargo for solo play, unless someone knows different than what I know.

But the question is....Are they available in coop mode with 2 or more players on a single xbox or only on xbox live?

Good question. Someone with an Xbox chime in here please. Sorry, a lot of the users on here are PC players, but we do have console gamers on here also.

Okay, for Xbox360 you need to do the following.

              1. Go to Cooperative
              2. Go to Xbox Live
              3. Go to private match
              4. Go to settings
              5. Go to game rules
              6. Voila, there are your game cards!

As far as I've been able to tell, you can only do this on Xbox Live. You may or may not be able to do it with System Link, I haven't tried this option. Hope this answers your questions!
