can u acually unlock that gun without pre-ordering it?

Yeah. If you notice at the end, it says "get it 64 levels earlier". They allow you to have that unlock sooner basically if you pre-order the game.

I saw the first one on TV a couple of days ago, funny commercials. I remember how the M1A1 Carbine in CoD1 was bad in MP and how nobody picked the weapon.
