The Battlefield Heroes website has been updated today with a new blog post that asks for the communities questions. Take a look:

Here is how it will work:
At an announced time (very soon, NOT today) we will publish a news item asking you for your feedback. In this news item anyone will be able to ask a question about Battlefield Heroes.
After a certain amount of comments we will turn commenting off, then we will read what you have provided and see if we find any questions we can answer already.
We will do this once in the morning and once in the evening, so people in virtually every time zone will have the chance to participate.
If we find enough questions, we will select a couple and make them into a poll.
Soon after closing the comments and gathering questions we will create that poll and leave it open for 24 hours, giving everyone the chance to cast a vote for their favorite question.
And after all is said and done we will add the “winning” question to our FAQs.
