In a bit of "no kidding" news today, Microsoft revealed that sales of all Xbox 360's have increased following the recent significant price drop. While reading this, keep in mind that these figures come from Microsoft.

Coming off the heels of the console price drop last week, Microsoft Xbox 360 sales have surged, with retailers reporting over 100% sales lift for all Xbox 360 models compared to the previous weekend. Additionally, retailers are reporting that between Friday, Sept. 5 and Sunday, Sept. 7, some Xbox 360 models were selling at six times the rate they were the weekend prior.
As it stands, the new prices are as follows:
• Xbox 360 Arcade Bundle (Five Arcade games, wireless controller, memory card) - $199.99
• Xbox 360 "Pro" Bundle (60GB HDD, wired headset, wireless controller, Hexic HD) - $299.99
• Xbox 360 "Elite" Bundle (Same as "Pro" but with a 120GB HDD and matte black finish) - $399.99
• Xbox 360 "Pro" Bundle (60GB HDD, wired headset, wireless controller, Hexic HD) - $299.99
