COD4 Extended Training Mission Released

Modders on Infinity Ward's forums has pieced together some files and found the original extended training mission in Call of Duty 4. Community Manager fourzerotwo has commented on this:

Looks like one of our PC modders from Japan, by the name of Qrysalis on our forums, has found and re-constructed the files from our original training mission for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare.

Ah, brings back memories. As you can tell, we decided to make it short and sweet for the final version of the game, but I do miss some of that choice VO (voice over). Nice work Qrysalis, as long as you don’t find our Brokeback Snipers / Hot Coffee moment with Price and MacMillian … then we’re all good.

The "How to use" isn't very informative, as it was translated from a different language. Could somebody please explain it? I currently have no idea what to do with these files.

yea i found it on Call of Duty Files. they should have kept that in the full version before it was released I wonder why it was cut?

They decided it was better to just keep the training short and sweet, though I didnt actually know you were supposed to aim the grenades and launchers ABOVE the target untill i played the training :shakehead:.

Possibly, but I dont ignore the grenade counter like some retards. I was more wondering why my grenades and launchers were falling short or missing completely.
