    Facts from the Battlefield

In yet another new blog post from the Battlefield: Bad Company website, DICE has posted up some facts from the battlefield. Check it out:
Overall, Battlefield: Bad Company players are enjoying their never ending quest for gold to the tune of over 250,000 hours every week.

That is 29 years worth of Gold Rush every week!

For the true online soldier, the achievement, “Beans, Bullets and Bandages” is something to be attained by only the elite.

This is awarded to the few and proud that can record 10,002 kills in online play. This has proven a difficult challenge as less than 1,500 people have achieved this among Xbox 360 players.

The soldier class that is most popular is the Assault class, the all-around balanced class capable of self-healing, equipped to the gills with weaponry and a great kit for beginners. It’s no surprise that this is the kit of choice, but the amount of damage done by this soldier class is amazing with over 10M frags dealt by the hands of an Assault soldier.

Yeah basically I've resigned myself to the fact I'm not gonna get 100% achievements on this game. Which is a shame, I don't think it was a sensible achievement really, it's a case of grinding the hours playing, it shouldn't be about that.

My favorite class is definitely the demolition soldier, I just love the shotgun. My most played class in BF2 was the engi, so I feel pretty comfy in that role, I want my wrench back though. (I know support has the powertool)
