This is called the 'Lullaby Trailer', and is banned here in the US (well not banned, but wasn’t approved) by the ESRB because well, it’s pretty gory. In the EU the PEGI has given Dead Space a rating of 18+. Take a look:

The ESRB really makes it look like the american peoples minds are as fragile as that of an 8 year old. Which obviously isn't the case since you brought us some of the sickest movies of all time. Game looks epic! :thumbsup:
