Dead Space E3 Lullaby Trailer - The One ESRB Didn't Want You To See
This is called the 'Lullaby Trailer', and is banned here in the US (well not banned, but wasn’t approved) by the ESRB because well, it’s pretty gory. In the EU the PEGI has given Dead Space a rating of 18+. Take a look:
