Well, the Japanese aren't really "new" for WWII genre games. Medal of Honor Pacific Assault had them, BF1942... Not sure if there will be a German campaign but in the video you can see both Russians and Germans.

The screenshots with the extra bloom and "glow" make a lot more sense now...they were being lit by a flare at night.

Lots of good stuff in the full trailer...looks like the bash may be back. :)

Yes, but the ways in CoD4 are with ladders, which would look odd and you would have to stand ontop of the tree instead of somehow holding onto it.
