i know this is an old thread, and im not sure if anyone sees this. But my computer has no WiC documents under Shared Docs. Where do I install it then?

From earlier in the thread:

What you'll want to do is go to My Computer>Shared Documents>World in Conflict>mods>Blackhawk_Down. If any of those folders is missing, create them. Then you'll want to move the installed files into the Blackhawk_Down folder. Hope this helps.

That method seemed to work for someone else.
