Good point... keep in mind, though, that I think the purpose of this trailer was to just officially confirm the game... it wasn't supposed to be this all-access explanation of how the game will work. Hopefully that will come in the future.

I noticed that too, Jo.... it was like BAM!

Yeah... the thing is that the CoD:WW trailer was a release trailer, while the trailer for the UFC game, for example, was a gameplay trailer... I'm sure we can expect a gameplay trailer for CoD:WW sometime in the near future.
