There has to be some trickery involved. It's one of those "false sense of security things". You download the game and they get you hooked, then they pull the needle from your arm or this case the mouse from your palm and tell you, you owe them money. :)Comment

I don't understand why this is even a discussion let alone an interview??
The way I understood it, the game was announced as a Download for Free / Play for Free content. Which was being implemented after seeing the success in Japan wtih similar content type games. Why just now start the implication of a paid service?? Sounds kind of fishy to me.
There was comment already of paid content once in the game for articles of clothing or weapon choice etc.. but would not hinder those with normal already in game abilites, but would give a small if at all advantage to those who wish to take it that one step further.
Just curious...
The beta is great though! many good testers and this has to be by far the best run beta since Battlefield 1942. Very well organized this time around and the caliber of testers I see in game /with exception of a very few "Im not here to test, Im just grabbing experience and trying to haxor the beta" type players..
Great Job EA.. this has restored any ill thoughts I would have had from prior BF series games.Comment
