if it wasn't mentioned when he signed up, no. obviously if it breaches the contract then yeh, but after all it is a business. i think the majority always over-look that when considering things related to money.

Well, 100.000 bucks is a good salary for 15 months of work that isn't boring. So IMO he shouldn't go whining about the money he will miss.
