The coding on all of that is very iffy, including the flight deck shield just remaining on and being tied to the consoles. We had several issues with that in the beginning design phases. Trust me when I say, if Sir. Elxx cannot figure it out, it cannot be done. I asked DICE for help with a few things and they told me to ask him! They didn't know the answers!
