Eve of Destruction v0.81 Update

The Eve of Destruction team has released a new update regarding version 0.81 of their mod for Battlefield 1942. Here is what they had to say:

The work on 0.81 is coming to an end and relase will be soon. We'll have some bugfixes, gameplay improvements, 2-3 overworked and 3-4 brandnew maps: Jungle Camp, My Hoi and My Son. Right now I'm waiting for a friend who has been offline for two weeks now. During his offline-time he wanted to create an own map too. So we'll see if it will be added to 0.81

Should I download the current version of EOD for BF1942 or just wait until the new version is out? I don't want to download some huge mod just to have to download another huge update shortly after :)

Yes, we are still doing EoD for BF2. Expect a news update on it to come in the next few days.

I'm trying to get a coop server up for this (BF1942 version) on my dedicated box, but I'm having a problem that I'm having my GSP look into. It should be up soon.

ahh man i got all excited thinking it was for BF2...oh well, i like forward to hearing about how thats going.
