ModBuilder Public Beta Released

Our own community member Deleted_Screen from modbuilder.net has released the first public beta of the promising ModBuilder application. Here is what he had to say:

Good stuff man.

When I get a bit of spare time, I'll have a go at it. Though, if you see a mushroom cloud appear over my state, you'll know I broke something.
