Far Cry 2 Release Date Confirmed

Ubitsoft and the Far Cry 2 Blog have confirmed the release for Far Cry 2 to be coming to PC, PS3, Xbox 360 Fall 2008.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve seen numerous sites online, including Ubisoft’s own, report that Far Cry 2 is now scheduled for a Fall 2008 release.

Today, our Producer LP confirms this directly from the development team, and he shows off some new gameplay footage. The game will ship simultaneously on PC, Xbox 360, and PlayStation 3 and will be polished on all platforms so the quality and features of each will be top-notch.
