Eve of Destruction 2 Mod Update

The Eve of Destruction 2 mod team has posted up a new vehicle today. Here's what they had to say:

Hello gang! Today, we bring another news update regarding aircraft to be flown within Vietnam. Today's news post displays the F5 Tiger II. The F-5A/B Freedom Fighter and F-5E/F Tiger II are part of a family of widely used light supersonic fighter aircraft, designed and built by Northrop in the United States, beginning in 1960s. Hundreds remain in service in air forces around the world in the early 21st Century, and the type has also been the basis for a number of other aircraft.

In October 1965 the USAF began a five-month combat evaluation of the F-5A titled Skoshi Tiger. Twelve aircraft were delivered for trials to the 4503rd Tactical Fighter Wing and redesignated as the F-5C. They performed combat duty in Vietnam, flying more than 3,500 sorties from the 3rd Tactical Fighter Wing at Bien Hoa in South Vietnam.

This is a great mod it just sucks that no one plays it online. Singleplayer is fun though..

They will.. New version is coming soon. Many new maps, more toys and all updated models. Gameplay and layout of the mod has been changed dramatically. Hopefully, the improvements will captivate people for a longer period of time.

ya would be nice 2 use choppers more 4 transporting ppl and stuff,i like 2 fly ppl to the zone then fly and pick more troops up

Why is there AiX logo at the bottom of Screen Shots?

Why is there AiX logo at the bottom of Screen Shots?

Because the aircraft was donated to the EoD Mod by the AiX Mod. Clive, the creator of the F5 Tiger, is a developer for the AiX mod.

Therefore, credit for the aircraft needs to go to the AiX mod, for their support. Eod does not claim credit for the creation of the model or skin. :)

We are just happy to include the aircraft within EoD, so that our players may enjoy flying an aircraft that existed and was used within Vietnam.
