We have server options, instead of just Hardcore/Regular/Old School, we have the choice of changing many of the server's options while staying ranked. Server admins can change any setting they want, but the game might require to run a mod (unranked) depending on which setting.

so you could have hardcore life X2 health regen none with this sniper rifle radar always on/off team damage reflected...hmmm... server time limit 0...hmmm...old school mode on/massive jumping...and you don;t want this!?!
