DICE has said that the advertising stops when you launch the game. We'll see whether EA really allows them to do that, but it's looking good so far :)

They got charged with aiding copyright infringement. 2 years i think they got/or are getting.

Thing is, the site is still up as no one knows where the servers are, and it itself, isn't breaking any laws.

I too lol'ed at the Pirate Bay and 15 year old boy parts. Seeing people sitting on the wings of the Spitfire and shooting at the enemy surely looks crazy.
