The Allied Intent Xtended mod team is back today to give us a heads up on their progress for v1.1. Take a look:

Hello everyone, I would like to start by thanking everyone for the support and positive feedback we have received since release. your support means a lot to us...thank you! We have been busy working on the 1.1 update and although initially we were going to make the first patch code fixes only, we decided to expand it to include some new toys for everyone to play with.

Me a proud swede.. Finally something decent to fly! And our AK5 (FN FNC) is also included in the mod.

Looks very sweet! I've read the descriptions of the new toys and the mighty fine looking new map and I'm very excited!

Any idea as to the time frame for release?

I have been hosting a full time bot server for this mod since the last release and I have to say it is a lot of fun. I am looking forward to this latest update so keep up the good work guys.
