PC Gamers Hardware has released some information on a new Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare tool. Check out what they have to say:
The popular tool Nhancer for Geforce-cards is removed no longer far of the finale version 2.4.0. The second concretes-edition further was revised and functions now also without the once essential Nhancer-service in the background. However further, experimental FSAA-modes are the most interesting reform of the version 2.4.0.
Especially interesting the mode 8xSQ is. This mode combines 2x Multisampling (MSAA) with 4x Supersampling. (SSAA) latter grasps without exception each object on the screen and provides therefore for Supersampling quality. The hooks: SSAA is very expensive, 8xSQ halves the frame rate at least. The pictures show a comparison of the mode 8xSQ in Call of Duty 4 with 4x MSAA, 8xS and 16xQ with one of a Geforce 8 cards.
