ModernRcon v0.5 Released!

Call of Duty HQ has released there new version of there admin mod today. Check out what they have to say:

I am pleased to bring the community ModernRcon v0.5! This release may appear small on the surface, but it contains the ground work for fantastic future releases. Included in it is a master server which it queries in the background checking for updates to ModernRcon. Future releases will sport an auto-updater, so you will not have to re-download it from the site every time!

The biggest noticeable differences with v0.5 are the PunkBuster tab and the Auto-Refresh controls at the bottom of the Players tab. The tabs have also been enlarged and separated to two rows for convenience.

Version 0.6 will include Auto-kick functionality to be used in combination with the Chat tab / PBUCON. It will monitor the in-game chat and automatically kick players who use offensive language. You will be able to specify a list of "bad words", save that list, or expand on it. You will also be able to set the limits to how many bad words can be said, and what actions to take in what order.

It has a few glitches, like the tabs not coming to the front and an error in a timer box, but its shaping up pretty well.

Need some help. I have tried to use the Rcon system but I can't seem to change the server options. I can login to server, but nothing changes. Any suggestions?
Can do so when I am in game. Thru the ~ /login

Yeah, asking JD on the forums on his site, or even over at the InfinityWard.com forums (he has a topic about this app in the PC section) is probably your best bet. I've met him in person; nice guy.

Works nicely... too bad IW couldn't come out with something to admin their own game.
