Eve of Destruction 2 Mod Update

There has been a new update posted today for the Eve of Destruction 2 mod. Here's what they had to say:

Well gang, another news post is upon us! Since we've been showing you guys all the neat helicopters to be flying the skies of the EoD mod. We thought it was time for us to introduce you to, "Sandy", our A-1H SkyRaider. This aircraft can be used for multiple roles. From support of troop insertions to defense of key positions on the battlefield.

The A-1H Skyraider was adopted by the USAF, from the US Navy as they were retired from service use aboard carriers in favor of Jet Aircraft. The USAF used the Skyraider as a ground support/attack aircraft. It was also commony used as a helicopter escort in support of troop insertions and extractions.

Is wake Island map going to be included with next patch release? BTW that is a lot of planes on the screen shot.

Yeah, is Wake gunna be included in EoD?

I didnt think it was a part of vietnam, but if it is, change it a little will you, just a little bit.

However, Sandy looks very nice.

That map is actually the, "Wake Airshow Map" that was created by the original "Wake Airshow Map" creator, Alffx. Alffx has been a long time mapper for the EoD mod. When he saw all the aircraft I have been putting in the mod. He created that map to be used for testing of the aircraft. It currently contains all the aircraft and helicopters found within EoD upon it.

I suppose, if you guys want it included within the mod. We can include it.

It'd be cool i guess, as like a training map for getting to grips with the planes, How big is the files at the moment, The wake airshow ones i mean.
