Call of Duty 4 Wins Best PC Game of 2007!

Call of Duty HQ has posted up an article today about Call of Duty 4 wining best PC game of the year. Check out what they have to say:

It looks like the awards are starting to poor in! Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare was named the #1 PC title of the year in Gamespy's Game of the Year 2007 awards.

The top 10 PC games were

# Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
# The Orange Box
# BioShock
# Galactic Civilizations II: Dark Avatar
# World of Warcraft: The Burning Crusade
# The Lord of the Rings Online: Shadows of Angmar
# World in Conflict
# Crysis
# Sam & Max: Season 1
# The Witcher

Notice they beat out the oh-so-popular Orange Box (which brought us Team Fortress 2 and Portal) as well as Crysis, which was way at the bottom of the list!

Big congratulations goes out to Infinity Ward, and I expect we'll be seeing them at the top of a lot of other lists this year as well. I'll keep you posted!

Seriously though, you are correct. I want to see the numbers in sales, like that console article posted a few newsclips ago. I want to know WHICH CoD won, PC, 360, playsation???

It's between Orange Box and CoD4 for me but CoD4 should of won best Multiplayer and Orange Box best Action (Considering it had 3 games and only 1 was Multiplayer...). It just seems to make more sense.

In terms of ranking out of 10, I don't mind.
