Is this purely desert maps?

if so will they be adding the other battles in there, like Omaha Beach, Kursk, Berlin, or stalingrad?

yes...having the pacific theater made BF1942 in general more fun..there is just something about the naval battles and destroying ships that was great!

I don't think there will be ships as it would take a long time to mod the engine. Although, maybe they could use some boats from the Battleships mod?

I had a Idea, wanted to know what people would think...So here it goes.

My Idea was to give the bombers a view kind of like the reconosance aircraft. You know when you push "X" how you can look down, but make them bomb sights. I don't know if the Stuka or the Bristol 156 had bomb sights. But even if they didn't, can you guys keep that idea in mind for the other theaters. If its a good and Possible idea that is...lol.

There is one map that is not set in the desert: The Battle for Sfakia which is part of the Crete campaign. Other battles will be added once we reach that theatre of war.

We already have a reasonable-sized navy in FH2, the ships need their coding done though before they're fully stable and playable. Because of this they weren't in the release.
