Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update - 12/13/07

The Forgotten Hope 2 mod team is back to post a new media update before they release their client files. Take a look:

Hello and welcome back to another update of Forgotten Hope 2. Today we return to our normal style of news update. Later today we'll release the third and final installment of the Forgotten Hope 2 Basic Training Course. Stay tuned for that.

In a news update many many months ago, we introduced the map Operation Aberdeen. This map has evolved and improved over time since then, and we'd like therefore to show you the version included with Forgotten Hope 2. Operation Aberdeen is by Augustus, Greasy Mullet (on secondment from Point of Existence 2) and Lobo.

Similarly, we also introduced the map Operation Hyacinth. Again, this map evolved and improved over time. Operation Hyacinth is by ctz and Lobo. It features objective mode for the 32 player size, handheld illumination flares and mannable emplaced spotlights (both with working dynamic lighting), allowing both attackers and defenders to use lighting to their advantage.

Are you talking about the "vaseline/shiny soldiers" shown earlier this month? That has since been corrected. They are lit properly now. :)
