The Forgotten Hope 2 mod team is back today to show off a new tool they have. Here's what they had to say:

Hello and welcome back to another update of Forgotten Hope 2. Before the release of Forgotten Hope 2 there is much more information to tell. As you know we always try to support our community the best we can. If it was with basic files for mapping for Forgotten Hope for Battlefield 1942(tm) or just by assistance on our forums. With the upcoming Forgotten Hope 2 for Battlefield 2(tm) we want to give you more than just another modification!

A while ago Purity joined the Forgotten Hope Developer Team. Today we would like to present his work and unveil what he did in the last number of months. Come on and have a look at the Forgotten Hope Toolbox!

The Toolbox is some powerful software delivered with Forgotten Hope 2. It was designed for day to day use with Forgotten Hope 2. It has several features we would like to introduce step by step.

The toolkit is actually pretty amazing. I love how they basically created their own All Seeing Eye with other added functionality. I also really enjoy the training videos. Very informative!

Speaking of which, does anyone still use BF2 protocol to connect to servers via Game Monitor (and other server tracking sites)? It used to work several installs ago, but the game has been patched a lot since then and I haven't been able to find a good link to it again.

At any rate, it looks like I won't need it for FH2! Great work, guys! :salute:

Training videos are just great, love the little flags you set out on your mines...this seems to be more than a mod.

Not sure why they called it a toolkit, it's more of a joining app, then a modify/fixing tool.

Anyway awesome idea, good way to douche the crappy attempt DICE always do at server browsers in the Battlefield games.

You can clear your shaders, manage your BF2 profiles, update punkbuster, set the AI SP/Coop settings and other stuff related to FH2. So toolbox is an appropriate name. It's much more than just a join game app.
