As usual, I went to my bookmark for TBF2. as the page loaded, I realized there was an update for FH2..but...wait..a release date? I literally jumped for joy.

Congrats finally on a release although my online gaming has moved on to COD4, Crysis, and FFOW like many others. 12 months ago this would of been awesome news and thats what makes it so sad. Only a portion of players will enjoy your hard work. Hardly any will "fully appreciate" quite what you have done with the BF2 engine now we are used to to the lieks of the above mentioned on our 8800 GT's.

Anyone who wishes to flame my post. Come back in one month and see if the same amount of players who play it this weekend have carried on to do so, or have gone back on COD4/Crysis etc.

BF1942 just reloaded on my HD.
4 days to practice in El Alamein - Battleaxe, Tobruk and Gazalla maps....Just to get the mood back.

God.... i almost forgot how wonderful bf42 is.

COD4. Yes many nights playing on Cod4 servers. I really enjoy it. But hey! No vehicles!, no MP-40s, no Panzers, no Kars, no Garands. These are all in FH. So
Crysis?. Modern graphic engines doesnt make the game. After all i dont think many FH fans cares about what games the majority of gamers plays. We waited for so long. I dont think we are gonna give up now.
And who knows maybe a CRYSIS-FH3 will come out someday. :)

I am not flaming here. I was thinking the exact same thing before a year when i thought it was taking too long. Well, true or false it doesnt really matter. I am still playing KICK OFF on the AMIGA while 99% of the community plays PES and FIFA series... :)

Congrats, but, i mean your wife's in hospital with doctors, so she is in safe hands right!?

CoD4 I can understand, even though I despise the MP myself, but Crysis? There are only 715 people playing right now out of a max of 16,000 of whom 3/4 probably haven't played since day 1. There are currently 12,000 people playing BF2 according to game-monitor. Heck, there are more people playing SF than Crysis.

Now...even the good old BF1942 has more players than Crysis...so imagine

Best bet is with the Torrents... All mirror links will probably come a day or two after they release the password for the Torrent.

True. And if I were you, I'll get a torrent-program right now, because I won't be able to wait till two days later to get a zip download

With PR and AIX, I almost forgot about that mod.....until when I loaded up TTBF2 2d... and I couldn't believe what I was reading :shock::shock:
at least I'll have something to dream about when I'll be skiing down the mountains saturday
