Kinda suprise... I have tried to dl the patch from three different locations. I even tried the beta 3 patch and still my game doesn't start...

Thanks EA for this great patch what works on random people...

Hi, I've dl 3 different patches from different sites not one of them work. Im sick and tired of mucking around with this game trying to get it to work. I did enjoy playing bf 2142 but I think its time to move on.

Take long breaks. I play it once every 2-3 months.

BF2 is the way to go. Or TF2. Or COD4. Or GTA4!

Gonna buy CoD4 soon and i'm trying to download the patch now. If it doesn't work i will totally lave the game

And i fully agree with finc.hairy about that, i also have taken a very long break, like 5 months or so and i'm pretty exited again to play it.
