Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
its going to have bugs regardless of how much testing you do.. someone will find something and then it will be brought and thus a update can be done just as POE's Dev's are doing.
Someone may as well go ahead and ask when its going to be released...either way nobody will answer you or you will get your post removed.

Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
Right, but the idea is to eliminate the majority of the bugs. Unless you're a tester, I have good faith that you don't know how many bugs plague the mod in its current state.its going to have bugs regardless of how much testing you do.. someone will find something and then it will be brought and thus a update can be done just as POE's Dev's are doing.
tbh, most of the people complaining have absolutely no understanding of what it takes to develop a mod.Comment

Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
What's your point? They want to remove as many bugs a possible before release and make sure everything is fine turned as possible. This takes much more time than you know (obviously). Just because it is inevitable that bugs will be found once released does NOT mean they shouldn't even try.Comment

Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
There is no bugfree release for games/mods, but at least all the gameplay aspects must be in polished state and without obnoxious bugs that could spoil the enjoyment.
It's like a big puzzle, yes, the pieces are pretty but we must place them slowly in its right location, and we are almost there, patience, the puzzle is starting to have sense.Comment

Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
That's an awfully big assumption of you to make. I wouldn't complain. I have been a beta tester for many games and mods (including PR, douche ). I am also a player of vanilla BF2 so I am quite used to bugs.Comment

Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
ohh I agree 110% you don't have to convince me..I support the mods and I plan on supporting FH2 with a kick *** server running it... but your buffing the pieces of that puzzle so much its losing its luster and digging into the raw metal. There is no bugfree release for games/mods, but at least all the gameplay aspects must be in polished state and without obnoxious bugs that could spoil the enjoyment.

And as I figured the question everyone here wants to know is getting avoided and forgotten but hey thats why its called "Forgotten Hope" :yay:Comment

Re: Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update
Not to be picky or anything, just a suggestion. On the first plane that you get into on Ground attack, the arm of the pilot is skinny...lol. Looks like a pale twig, Basicly what I am asking, make the pilots arm alittle bit more meatier/thicker. Other than that the cockpit is great, just like a flight sim.Comment
