Experience WW2 Mod Update #25

There is a new update posted today over at the Experience WW2 mod website. Here's what they had to say:

We of the XWW2 dev team have today for our fans some views of two new landing craft specially created for the XWW2 Pacific front by "mschoeldgen". They are especially good looking and work nicely especially the ramps. As a matter of fact...they work like a well oiled piece of machinery! The steering and speed is good and they both maneuver well. Below also, we have a sneak peek of a Pacific front upcoming map newspost that will showcase plenty of screenshots for you to see in the near future as well. Also today, we're showing renders of newly modeled artillery pieces for our pacific section brought to you by "Uberduber" of team Xww2. We look forward to showing you these on the battlefield very soon. We will of course keep you updated on our North African progress as well.

Just in case you've not been here visiting us lately and for our fans gaming pleasure, we have created all new hand weapons to BF2 standards especially for XWW2 and delivered to you by the XWW2 team! We also included a few sneak peeks of our new in game weapons for you here today as well....so enjoy! We'll bring you more on these in the near future with a full newspost highlighting them with plenty of screenshots for you to see so stay tuned and visit us here often.

Has any of these actually been released yet? If not, are they gonna be released soon? Personally i'd rather see the three mod-teams go together and form one bad-a$$ WW2 mod instead.

Well, actually there are 4 WWII Mods XWWII, BGF, FH2 and DLO (die letzte Offensive - the last offensive). DLO pronounced long time ago (December, 24th), that they aren't dead, so who knows :shock:

each mod offers there own type of gameplay etc, XWW2 and BGF are now both in BSS so they can share assets if they wish so they are kinda combined now, but both have very diffrent gameplay etc

They have not, nor do I think a team like theres would benefit much from it to be honest since they are very well established since there first version.
