Desert Conflict v0.15 Change Log Released

A new post has been made today over in the Desert Conflict mod forums that includes the change log for the upcoming version. Here's what they had to say:

Good day, all. Hope you're all enjoying the sneak peaks at the new maps that will accompany the next release. This time around I wanted to share the working changelog so you can all see the changes that are being made from our alpha release to v0.15, and be able to give feedback accordingly. There may be a few other things added yet, but for the most part, this is what to expect.

Statics:
- Many statics re-exported/lower poly counts
- Fixed soldier cols: repairbuilding
- Fixed soldier cols: africa smdh2

Soldiers:
- Jump height reduced
- Prone-delay-after-jump

Sounds:
- New Iraqi voices filtered and unfiltered
- New AK47 1p and 3p fire sounds
- New M16A2 1p and 3p fire sounds
- New M249 SAW 1p and 3p fire sounds
- New RPG7 1p and 3p Fire sounds
- New CAR15 1p and 3p fire sounds
- CH53 Helicopter sounds
- New map loading music (one new song)
- New AC130 40mm gun sounds, 105mm gun sounds, and engine tweaks
- New A10 1p and 3p fire sounds and Engine tweaks
- New airplane ambiance loops (lowered volumes)
- Fixed BMP2 sounds

Come to think of it, YAY for pretty much everything on that list. I look forward to hearing the communities feedback to the new changes when they get their hands on it shortly. :)

Yeah, the Iraqi voices needed to be redone, but they still have more life to them than most mods. Cant wait to hear the new ones.

Great looking update, I am sure it will be worth the wait.

with a 10 round mag and it is a pick up kit.

the presence of a silencer on the iraqi side wouldn't contribute much to balance to be honest.

Please try the new release, the hand weapons have a complete overhaul and I think you will be impressed.
