BattleGroup Frontline MOD - It is like Christmas every week the way you keep putting out new eye candy!!!
Great Work!
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o></o>
So… what you are saying, that the thousands of lives that Saddam Hussein and his Army (Estimates range up to 10,000) killed in the occupation of Kuwait, was enough to make him happy???<o></o>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o></o>
You also believe that had the Gulf War (1990-91) had not taken place, that Iraqi Army would have killed NO more Kuwaiti civilians? <o></o>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o></o>
Therefore, the Gulf War did not save a single Kuwaiti civilian from a horrid death….

Re: BattleGroup-Frontlines Mod Update #33
I didn´t say anything towards Saddams regime or the gulf war and i never will. I just said that you´ll have never winners in war. Everything else was created by your mind, it shows how humans can react to a single statment.Comment

Re: BattleGroup-Frontlines Mod Update #33
Right !!! Okay… So you said
<o></o><o></o>
“in war” - What do you call the 1990 invasion of Kuwait or the forces that deployed in to Kuwait to remove his army? If not “war” them what do you call it?<o></o>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o></o>
“no winners” – Were you referring to something other than human lives? Governments or maybe politics? I guess governments and politics might include the Liberation of France from Germany…<o></o>
<!--[if !supportEmptyParas]--> <!--[endif]--><o></o>
Your statement is cut and dry; did you mean to say something else. I was wondering if human lives counted as winners, that all. <o></o><o></o>Comment

Re: BattleGroup-Frontlines Mod Update #33
I think what Kalle was trying to say is that if one human life is lost in a war, then the price was too high. No one wins when people are dieing, whether you are on the "winning" team or not. I wonder if the people that died during any war thought their life was worth the conflict?
I don't advocate actions like Sadam took, or Hitler, or anyone before them, which means that actions had to be taken to stop them. All I think is being said here is that the moment Hitler chose to invade Poland, there were no winners. The moment Sadam chose to invade Kuwait, there were no winners. The actions of these individuals put lives at stake on both sides of the conflict, and there was no good outcome from that.
We "won" WWII, at a cost of how many American/British/Soviet/etc. lives? Were they worth it? Who can make that judgement? Me? Or you? Or the dead men's families? Or the dead men themselves? I'm sure none of us would agree. War is hell, and I agree, there are no winners.
I would never undermine the validity of what our Armed Forces do in any conflict, but I don't have to agree with the philosphy of war. I respect our military, and am thankful for them. I just wish people like Sadam and Hitler never existed, so our men and women serving wouldn't have to fight wars at all.Comment

The only one who wins when wars takes place are arms dealers.I don't advocate actions like Sadam took, or Hitler, or anyone before them, which means that actions had to be taken to stop them. I agree with your the overall aspect of War, it BLOWS big time! The price is very high and a single life loss is one to many.I think what Kalle was trying to say is that if one human life is lost in a war, then the price was too high. No one wins when people are dieing, whether you are on the "winning" team or not. I wonder if the people that died during any war thought their life was worth the conflict?

I have worked with people who hate war and understand war... I guess I make my judgment on the overall big picture. There are people who sacrifice their life (by serving in the Armed Forces) with the hope that they will have changed the big picture (for their family and friends).
The US Civil War - Hope of the big picture - Free the slaves
The American Revolutionary War - Hope of the big picture - Independence
And yes... there have been (and are) wars that many a good men and women have died in that have (and will have) no good big picture. This is truly sad.
I just see some winners....
My family is NOT saying "Heil Hitler" or think that a "emperor of Japan" is a god.
Or some of my friends NOT being Slaves
I guess I would call them winners.
I know War is a BAD, but I just see the small lives saved or changed for the better as a good thing.Comment

As a soldier to be, if my sacrifice could mean the safety and well being of at least 1 family, who are given the opportunity to I've there lives free of tyranny, and in freedom, then I feel I have not died for nothing.Comment
