Whoops. Looks like it missed a map texture off the download :O... Did you download the hotfix? Not that... this is related or anything.

Try a reinstall.

It looks like you have a missing or corrupt BF2 file, Placebo. If a reinstall of DSB doesn't work try Reinstalling BF2 and repatching it.
