BF2Assault Mod Update

Our very own forum member SPARTAN117GW has been hard at work with his mod titled BF2Assault and he's sent us some news of an update today. Take a look:

Hey Spartan here again. Thanks to members of the community. Their help and advice with Photoshop and so forth has helped me create new wonders for BF2Assault. Behold below, with the help of DerRelienT, JONES, and CLIVE, ACU SKINS! Also note a new cobra skin and a new woodland Humvee skin. The map is Operation Hydra.

It looks alright, but IMHO I don't see it passing up PR or DC. And the changing from Marine MARPAT to ArmyPAT sucks, ArmyPAT stands out more for snipers to take you out. The only advantage ArmyPAT has is for night warfare. If I was the players, I would be wanting to be on MEC.:laugh:

everything is modded capt crunch
so dont worry
nothing feels the same, the AH1Z is brand new along with new skins to complement the overhaul. All guns are altered, I think greg is working on bullet trails too for the sniper rifles.
hah just wait for the release it will be tight
ive been playing the beta for a bit and i am not going back to BF2 at all
it doesnt compare

whoa i ddnt even tknow this was in teh mod news section. ah there isnt a public download for this yet. if u found my profile on filefront u could download 7.0 but the features arent impimented in it yet. lots more to come. new marpat. realistic looking etc
