There is a new update posted today over at the Battlefield Pirates 2 mod website. Here's what they had to say:

We recently had the pleasure of talking the BF Podcast crew on an in-game walk through of the early beta of our mod. 1/2 Hawk, Brother Justice, and Detrux sat down with the BFPodcast crew and answered several questions regarding the mod and beta. There's over 20 minutes of in-game footage, so be sure to check it out and spread the word!

wow, so much information, great stuff and great interviews. outstanding looking mod, i love these truly original mods, they are always so much fun. i cant wait to play!

BFP 1 was soooooo fun i never got tired of it. the only thing that was not that great was the reloading physics. but the BF2 engine lets you change that, so this is definetley going to be a must get mod for me!
