Ok I played this mod ALL night last night. I gotta admit there werent ANY extraction servers (which was kind of a let down) but that was at about 2-3 AM Central Time. And there were about 50 servers , and half had 0 people in them.

Helmand Province is the BEST map ever! Not only the destructable buildings, which are fun, especially when an insurgent tries to shoot and RPG at your squad moving into that position from the building, blows it up and his teammates, and flies through the air. THAT made my night!

The only problem with this so far is the bug where an insurgent gets in a land rover and crashes the server.

We're working on a server side patch to address some issues, including the land rover related server crash.

Probably about a week or so before we wrap up the dev & testing, but should address most of the issues we've identified with the initial release.

Today I went into a Helmand Province XTRACT server on Insurgents, and after a while brought my RPG to the middle. A friendly insurgent was firing at this British soldier in the small building next to the 2 story, and I blew out the wall and went inside to make sure he was dead, and he was. :laugh:

It all happened in a flash, *pink* BOOOOM! AGHHH!

Yep, I like this game.

Looking forward to some server lag issues and crashes being addressed but hey, it's new!

Wow... The mod is now awesome, Good job. Some issues with Meo valley and gulf of oman wac single player tho. U shud add something to do with northern ireland. Cheers

WN 24/7 Helmand/Basrah. This battle lasted 30 min - 1 hour (see how there is every possible hole in all structures?). I was on the insurgents. It started out with only 9 people in the server, then grew to about 30. People were chattin over VOIP, teamwork was goin on, I blew some guys out of buildings, I told everyone that we had 3 squads all at Whiskey, and we needed to spread out to Victor (UK controlled). I stayed back and defended with about 5-8 friendlies against the British (25 tickets on our side left), and they overran us at the end. So we started shooting rapidly yelling ALLAH HUAKBAR!, and launching grenade launchers with 1 ticket left on each side. And we prevailed!

268 points, 1-0, Insurgents win. DAMN STRAIGHT! Best PR round evah right there. Rounds like that are what make this mod what it is!

(BTW, this server disables Land Rovers so no crashing! )

It got old and boring really quick. You need a GOOD squad leader to do anything and most are idiots. Waste of time. Back to BF2.

Finally got around to downloading this and just played the most intense round of BF2 ever. I LOVE PR!

PR is good

I download 1.0 and it took 1hr,I downloaded 2.0 it took two hrs,I downloaded 3.0 and it took 3 hours,I donloaded 4.0 it took 4 1/2 hours, and now Im downloading 5.0...Guess what it only takes 5 HOURS!!!!!! whoo hoo! >

I have to let it sit over night litening to the noise of my comp. well o well I love PR!!
