I try to avoid being the usual example of a 'stupid 15 year old internet user'. I'm a generally bad mooded person, so I post angry sounding stuff. I'm sure madmanx is a fine man, but seriously I don't see why he prods us (as he said, dangling the steak infront of us hungry dogs) with these teasers. Something we'll like yet not like? I would like to apologize for my misunderstanding and I’m sorry for the commit then….I grew up in the early 80’s when the word “nerd” was a bad thing to be labeled. However now at the class reunions we “nerds” have IT jobs (and such) and we no longer feel it is a bad thing.

Maybe Crysis IS BF3 and it will use the same stat system (including allowing you to use your existing BF2 name). Now this is a wild uneducated guess, but I don't see EA supporting too many similar styled games.

I think it'll be funny if what the moderator was referring to was the Complete Collection. He never said anything about another update you know.

I'd like to see BF3 use the engine behind Crysis. One could have a variety of multiplayer type maps, instead of just Coop, Conquest AAS which are all just based on ctf. Futher, the lovely detail in Crysis would be great for more realistic military simulation-based mods.

Mission based, goal oriented maps would be great - defend a fortress, scout missions, extractions, building raids, etc.

I was looking here hopeing to find some news. I guess there isnt any new news yet.

I would be really happy to see EA fix some glitches. I also think that most of us here can agree that that would be a welcome change.

As far as other changes go, I would like the game to be more like it was in the begining. But thats just me, I know that I got killed a lot more during a round then but didnt we all. Oh well heres my guess at the new (if there is one) BF2 expansion, booster pack title "BF2-Lost Hope". LOL. . . . . . . .Red

I hope they announce that when QW will come out EA stops support for BF2 so everybody can move on to play QW, and they will admit how the game is screwed up and will pay us all back 50 bucks that they stole from us.
