Forgotten Hope 2 Mod Update

There is a new media update posted today over at the Forgotten Hope 2 mod website. Here's what they had to say about it all:

Forgotten Hope 2 was voted #2 Most Anticipated Mod for 2006, and Forgotten Hope received an Honorbale Mention in the released mods category. Thanks to all the people that voted, but especially for those that voted for Forgotten Hope and Forgotten Hope 2!

Before we get to the goodies, we would like to remind you that all the progress we have made has taken much time and many hands. As always we are on the lookout for more skilled hands to make the work go faster. At the moment, we are particularly looking for skinners and modellers, but will always consider interested applicants in other areas, as well.

Everything in today's update has been seen in some sense before, but has either changed significantly since the last time it was shown, or is being displayed ingame for the first time. Furthermore, all of the model and texture work was created by Rad and coded by ctz. To start things off, we have updated gun sights for the British, German and U.S. armies. Read more...

Rhino, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

thanks and cograzt for you guys too for getting 2nd place on your unreleased mod award. Cant remember what the name of award is hehe. Cant wait till the full FH2 aswell, your maps look so awesome

Holy ****. Those tank sights are amazing. I can say this. The models are better than CoD2 and RO.

Lets hope it sounds as good as it looks.

If you go to the FH homepage, there's a link to a special trailer created for the Mod Awards. It's definitely worth a watch as it includes lots of footage and sounds. Great stuff FH! I'll download the minute it's available.

Any idea on a possible release date? I know I probably won't get an answer but it don't hurt to ask u never really know :)

Haven't play BF2 in close to 6 months, just waiting for this mod :)

In addition to playing it (I still prefer the WWII era games), I also suspect there will be a few really good movies made with this mod :)
